Ana Gimeno

Ana Gimeno is Full Professor of English Language in the Department of Applied Linguistics at the Universitat Politècnica de València, Spain. She is Head of the CAMILLE Research Group devoted to Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL) and editor-in-chief of EuroCALL’s peer-reviewed online journal, The EuroCALL Review. She is also Associate Editor of ReCALL (CUP) and member of the Editorial Board of Computer-Assisted Language Learning (Taylor & Francis). She is currently President of WorldCALL, the world organisation for CALL.

Ana Sevilla

Ana Sevilla-Pavón (OrcID: https://orcid.org/0000-0001-5253-0423 ResearcherID: I-4660-2017) is Associate Professor in the Department of English and German Philology at the University of Valencia, Spain, and researcher at IULMA, SILVA and TALIS. She was awarded an FPI pre-doctoral contract financed by Valencia’s regional government (GVA) for the realization of an international PhD (CAMILLE-UPV and University of Massachusetts Amherst, United States). She has Degrees in both English Philology and French Philology from the UV, where she received the “Outstanding student of the year” award. She leads/has led regional, national and international research projects such as YES3D, iTECLA, and TALIS: Tales from the Philippines, and participated in many other projects (CLAP, VELCOME, TOOLs for CLIL). She has organised and participated in numerous national and international conferences, and published books and book chapters in prestigious publishing houses (Springer, De Gruyter, Peter Lang), as well as articles in indexed journals (Computer-Assisted Language Learning, British Journal of Educational Technology, Revista de Educación a Distancia). She is the co-director of the EMIG Collection on Multidisciplinary Education for Gender Equality (Editorial UPV) and section editor of the Eurocall Review Journal. She has completed international research stays and being a visited lecturer in numerous institutions worldwide, including the University of California at Berkeley, US; University of Costa Rica; UNICAMP, Brazil; Aalto University, Finland; the University of Iceland; Grenoble School of Business, France; TEC Querétaro, Mexico; Coventry University, United Kingdom; Federal University of Paraíba, Brazil; UASD, Dominican Republic; University of Lisbon; Utrecht University; Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Canada; and UMass Amherst, US. Anna Nicolaou

Anna Nicolaou is an English Language Instructor at the Language Centre of the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT). She holds a Ph.D. from Trinity College Dublin focusing on intercultural education and global competence learning through virtual exchange. Anna is the Deputy Coordinator of the Learning Developing Network at CUT. Her research interests include intercultural education, virtual exchange, multilingualism, internationalisation, immersive technologies, and computer-assisted language learning. She is currently participating in various research projects, such as VALIANT, EUt+, DC4LT, DE-TEL, and ENIS Cost Action. 

Julia Valeiras

Julia Valeiras-Jurado is Assistant Professor in the Department of English and German Studies, at Universitat de València, and a member of the Inter-university Institute for Applied Modern Languages (IULMA). She holds a Doctor’s Degree in Linguistics from Jaume I University and Ghent University. Her research interests include Discourse Analysis, multimodality, oral discourse and genres, digital genres, persuasive language, and multimodal genre pedagogy. Her publications have appeared in Ibérica, Discourse Studies, Multimodal Communication and International Journal of English Studies, among others.

Kyria Rebeca Finardi

Kyria Rebeca Finardi is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Languages, Culture and Education (DLCE) and a researcher in the post-graduate program of Education (PPGE) of the Federal University of Espirito Santo (UFES). She has a Cnpq Academic Productivity scholarship and was the President of the Brazilian Association of Applied Linguistics (ALAB) 2018-2019, is the co-founder and co-coordinator of the Ibero-America Association of Applied Linguistics (AIALA) and the vice-president of the International Association of Applied Linguistics (AILA).
